Attorney Elizabeth (Beth) Roth began her professional life as a nurse. Later
she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology summa cum laude and her Master's
Degree in Counseling summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire.
Beth became a leader in the psychotherapy profession and owner of a successful
psychology practice. She served as the President of the New Hampshire Chapter
of the American Counseling Association and was a member of the National ACA
Board of Directors.

Beth's healthcare career
focus expanded, and she pursued her Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts
School of Law. She began her legal career in the healthcare niche, representing
doctors and nurses in medical malpractice cases. She also gained business
and employment law experience in her private practice by representing
small start-up companies, including high-tech telecommunication companies.
Beth served as In-House Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
for a national behavioral health care corporation.
Beth is an adjunct professor of law at the Massachusetts School
of Law and an adjunct professor for the University Systems of New Hampshire
teaching courses in psychology, law and business management. She is admitted
to the Massachusetts Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association
and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
