Fees

We will help protect you and your family from personal liability for business debts and obligations. We also understand that new business owners and entrepreneurs are concerned about the rising costs associated with growing a new business so we will work with you to limit your legal costs whenever possible.

No fee will be charged for an initial consultation.

During our first meeting with you we will discuss your particular legal needs. Before we start working on your case we will send you a written fee agreement that details all the terms and conditions of our legal representation, including the fee structure.

• Most cases are handled by charging a straight hourly fee with a refundable retainer due in advance.
• Some cases may be handled on a contingency fee basis where no fees are paid until the client is successful in a recovery.
• At times a flat fee is charged for a particular service such as filing a simple Incorporation or drafting an employee contract.
