ELIZABETH (BETH) ROTH, ESQ.

Attorney Elizabeth (Beth) Roth began her professional life as a nurse. Later she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology summa cum laude and her Master's Degree in Counseling summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire. Attorney Roth became a leader in the psychotherapy profession and owner of a successful psychology practice. She served as the President of the New Hampshire Chapter of the American Counseling Association and was a member of the National ACA Board of Directors.

Attorney Roth’s healthcare career focus expanded, and she pursued her Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law. She began her legal career in the healthcare niche, representing doctors and nurses in medical malpractice cases. Attorney Roth served as In-House Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a national behavioral health care corporation with facilities throughout the country. She now uses her business and employment law experience in her private practice by representing high-tech telecommunication companies, manufacturing companies, metallurgic technology companies, and start -up companies that span all focus areas from technology to home health care to on-line businesses.

In the community, Attorney Roth is the Vice-Chairman of the Greater Salem, NH Board of Selectman and serves on various boards that focus on Land Use and Economic Development. She is also a Member of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce, The Salem, NH Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Salem, NH Rotary Club. She is an adjunct professor for the University Systems of New Hampshire teaching courses in psychology, law and business management. She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Attorney Roth is a member of the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.


MICHAEL P. MARSILLE, ESQ.

Attorney Michael P. Marsille is a graduate of Emerson College and Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to the New Hampshire Bar, the Massachusetts Bar, the Connecticut Bar, and the Federal District Court for the District of New Hampshire.  He has also completed an ABA-approved mediation training and holds a Certificate in Marketing Strategy and Management Accounting from Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom.

Attorney Marsille’s professional background includes extensive work in sales, marketing, human resources, and facilities management. His past legal
experience includes work in criminal and civil litigation, family law, and employment law. Currently, Attorney Marsille’s practice focuses on business law and related transactional and litigation matters.

Attorney Marsille is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.


MELISSA RIFKIN, ESQ.

Attorney Melissa Rifkin is a Cum Laude graduate of American University, Washington College of Law and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.

Attorney Rifkin formerly served as, Assistant General Counsel for the national nonprofit organization the Fund for the Public Interest, where she advised on matters of labor and employment law. She is experienced in representing organizations before administrative agencies, such as MCAD, the state Attorney General, and the EEOC, in employment discrimination and wage disputes and negotiates settlement of potential claims. Another practice focus includes drafting company handbooks and vacation, parental leave, and sexual harassment policies and training and advising managers and employers on state and federal anti-discrimination, overtime, and minimum wage laws.

OF COUNSEL

Attorney Stephen Zarubaiko provides legal advice to clients in Massachusetts in the areas of business law, immigration, international trade and estate planning (wills and trusts). Attorney Zarubaiko is admitted to Massachusetts and New York.
